The Wangal
people are the traditional custodians of the land
we work on. We pay our respects to Wangal Elders, past and present, and
extend our respect to all First Nations people across time. Admitting complicity in the
ongoing legacy of theft doesn’t mean we can ignore the past and shape it in our
own strange image, or phone it in for self-serving agendas. Sovereignty was never ceded. This land always was and always will be Aboriginal Land.
